are a new company of 4 yearstrading, with 11 years growing and horticultural
experience, combined with another 2 years working in water quality
and testing with a Well known Water Co. We have passion for Hydroponics,
a lot of our competitors just expect you to know what hydroponics
is, well at greenstream, not only do we demo most of the systems we
sell but we will be holding hydroponic classes soon too. so if you
feel u would like to venture into soiless gardening, then we're here
to help you every step of the way.

You
may think that hydroponics is complicated, but everyday new hobby
gardeners are walking into our shop and within weeks they are the
proud keepers of a lush hydroponic garden, you see the word hydroponics
comes from greek Hydro:meaning water and Ponos: meaing labour, ie
let the water do the work.

Above
is a 6 week old cherry tomato plant which grew so huge , so fast that
it was featured in the local newspapers. It was brought in by an elderly
gentleman names eric, who was enquiring as to why he should give up
his old growbags. Well we offered to take a cutting from his plant
and we both started to grow a plant at the same time, ours was grown
in a gro-tank system, while Eric grew his in his usual growbag........
As
you can see in just 6 weeks our tomato plant was 5 foot wide and just
as high....Erics growbag tomato was only 2.5 ft wide and 3 ft high
with only 1/3 of the fruits as our hydroponically grown one. You see
hydroponics really sells ityself, as you cannot beat the speed, ease
and quality of hydro grown plants.
